This template demonstrates a privacy-minimizing sweepstakes storefront. At entry we collect the information needed to determine eligibility, administer entries, prevent abuse, contact a potential winner, and comply with law. Marketing email and SMS consent are optional, separate, and never affect entry or odds.

We retain promotion records for the period required by the applicable rules and law, then delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed. Identity, tax, and prize-claim documents should be collected only from provisional winners through a secure administrator. Requests to access, correct, delete, or export personal information can be sent to the configured privacy contact. Legal retention obligations may limit deletion.

Before production use, replace this example with a jurisdiction-specific notice identifying the sponsor/controller, data categories, purposes, processors, retention schedule, consumer rights, appeal process, cross-border transfers, and contact information.
